Are You a Leader or a Follower?

Are You a Leader or a Follower?

That's a great question! When I was younger, I saw George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, John Kennedy and Martin Luther King as the Leaders. I never saw myself as a Leader. I was just a....!

As I've gotten older, I've realized that I was a great follower, implementer of Leader's ideas, a developer/coach of potential Leaders.

So, who is the Leader...the Leader or the Follower? Could either be both?

I love to follow and I love to implement, support and help the Team be successful. That's more fun and satisfying than being "center stage."

I'm thinking both are necessary and neither may be more important than the other. The Leader without a powerful/loyal follower will probably fail. The powerful follower without a Leader has no direction!

What about you?

What do you want to BE?

What Price are you willing to pay to be either?

Which will serve you, your family and your Company?

Be intentional. Both the Leader and Follower are Servants. Could you be both
